台风“紫檀”影响减弱 琼州海峡客滚运输将于今日14时复运_我的网站

一 |     (ECNS) -- A dike along the Jialu River in Zhoukou, Henan Province, breached Thursday night after heavy rainfall and upstream flood discharge, flooding the Fifth People’s Hospital and a local driving school, authorities said.    Rescuers evacuated 432 people, including 357 patients and medical staff and 75 from the school. All hospital patients and personnel were relocated to three other medical institutions.    The breach, approximately 30 meters wide, occurred Thursday night due to combined pressure from upstream flows on the Jialu River and backflow from the Shaying River.    Rescue operations continued Friday with 290 firefighters deployed.                             。          　　8月26日，记者从湛江海事局获悉，随着台风“紫檀”影响减弱，海上风力持续减小，琼州海峡客滚船运输将于今天14时起恢复渡运。据统计，截至8月26日8时，琼州海峡南北两岸港外累计滞留待渡货车约2200台，目前无滞留待渡小型客车，港口疏运保障任务有序可控。为高效有序恢复水上运输秩序，保障群众及物资过海通行安全顺畅，湛江海事部门提前开展气象专题研判，细化完善疏运保障方案，优化港口调度、车辆疏导、现场安全管控等工作流程。     　　同时，徐闻海事处科学组织水上交通，加大电子巡航力度，加密高频次安全提醒。强化应急预警，及时发布恶劣天气预警信息，全力维护辖区良好通航秩序。针对海上气象多变特点，海事部门将持续监测海上风力及天气情况，从严抓实通航安全监管，若出现不利气象条件，将第一时间动态调整通航及疏运安排，保障辖区水上通航安全。
